Mike Anthony: a frequent co-writer with Fagan, Mike's best-known contribution is probably the John Michael Montgomery Number One hit, "I Miss You A Little." Mike was also very well known for his 1960 worldwide hit, "Poetry In Motion."

Gordon Kennedy: His Fagan co-write, "Can't Play The Blues In An Air-Conditioned Room" was featured on The Blues Brothers album, "Red, White and Blues." And another, "Where Are You, Boy? was cut by Patty Loveless and featured in the Kevin Costner film, "Tin Cup." After co-writing (with Ed Hill and Robb Royer) two #1 hits ("Be My Baby Tonight" and "Sold! The Grundy County Auction Incident") for John Michael, Fagan and Mike Anthony collaborated with him on a third #1 smash "I Miss You Little," which was dedicated to John Michael's dad.

Robb Royer

 

Royer has co-written numerous times with Fagan, notably "Sold! (The Grundy County Auction Incident)" which was Billboard's Country Single of the Year in 1995. A former member of Bread, who co-wrote numerous songs with the group, Royer has won an Academy Award for The Carpenters' smash "For All We Know." He's also had cuts by The Band, Mary Chapin Carpenter and many others.

Micheal and Fagan have co-written several songs, including "All Over But The Shoutin'," featured on Shenandoah's Greatest Hits album.
